I really enjoyed training with Alina because she coached me through an effective work out and also rehabilitation exercises, fully understanding my past chronic pain issues and helping me prevent further injuries. I feel not only stronger, but more confident in my ability to progress to heavier weights and higher intensity workouts. Alina also motivated me to adopt intermittent fasting (IF) which had a significant impact on my weight management and energy levels. Alina gave me helpful tips on how to start and sustain IF, which I’ve been doing now for almost 8 months. Overall, Alina has a very strong grasp of mobility, strength, endurance, nutrition and other foundational pieces that trainers need to provide a comprehensive service.

Alina is such a badass…seriously. It’s so inspiring and refreshing to be trained by someone who is so passionate and excited about their craft. She is super knowledgeable and fun, and could probably snap you in half with a flick of her wrist. Highly recommend :)
