I first met Alina back in late 2015 when she and her guru flew in from Canada to San Jose CA where they taught a seminar on Non-classical Gung Fu and Cimande Silat. I was thoroughly impressed not only at her strength and competence but also at her ability to articulate and teach her chosen arts well. At the end of the weekend seminar I was so bummed that she wasn’t living locally because she had so much potential. About a year later, I was exstatic to learn she was moving to the South Bay! I immediately became a student and was hooked! She not only is an amazing athlete and a dedicated martial artist, but also a kind-hearted, thoughtful, and loving human being. She is a rare gem. I see her almost on a weekly basis to train martial arts, fitness, or both. I cherish this time of the week. If you live in the Bay Area, you’re in luck. Don’t miss this opportunity to train with this wonderful and talented human being. You won’t be disappointed. Much love, Alina. So fortunate to have you as a guru and a friend.

Alina is an absolute GEM! Working out with her was definitely one of my favourite experiences at the gym. She doesn’t only motivate you but she inspires you to be better. She really helped me realize that there are so many other ways to workout and get strong besides just your everyday lifts. The variation of bodyweight exercises and kettlebell workouts she introduced me to were so awesome that I still use them! On top of working up a great sweat, connecting and getting to know Alina more made the day that much better! If you ever get a chance to work with her I promise you won’t regret it! Thanks again for everything, Alina!

Alina is a thorough professional, very knowledgeable about fitness, and lots of fun to train with.
My wife and I trained with her together, and not only did her regime work very well for us, we really enjoyed it!
She makes the conversation easy, but workouts hard :) and knows what works for different body types.
